At BraveStar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Refunds and Returns

Within 14 days of delivery, you may request a refund or replacement if any of the following applies:

The product arrived damaged
The product you received is not the item you ordered
The product has a verified quality issue during normal use

If your order meets any of the conditions above, please record a clear video or provide photos showing the issue and send them to support@bravestartattoo.com
. Once our team confirms the issue, we will arrange either a refund or a replacement accordingly.

If the problem is caused by our side, such as incorrect shipment or product damage before arrival, the customer will not be required to bear the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please contact us at support@bravestartattoo.com

After reviewing your request, we will provide further instructions, including the return address and return process if applicable. Once we confirm receipt of the returned product, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Please note:

Refunds do not include any original duties or taxes paid
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If the return is not caused by our error, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Return Processing Time

Returns are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours after we receive your returned item
Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they are in acceptable condition
Once the inspection is completed and approved, your refund will be issued and you will be notified by email
Please allow 3–5 business days for the full refund process after we receive the returned item

If the returned item does not pass inspection, we will notify you by email. In such cases, the item may either be returned to you at your expense or disposed of, depending on the situation.

Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition unless the return is due to damage, incorrect shipment, or a confirmed product defect.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Order Cancellations

If your order has already been shipped or is currently in transit, unfortunately it cannot be canceled.

Your name (or the name used to place the order)
The email address used for the purchase

Orders may generally be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed by your payment provider or financial institution.
